Hatzy's main aims are to help empower people; to promote radiant inner beauty; and to use the multi-pronged approach for her clients' longer- lasting wellbeing, by  working in co-operation with medical professionals and other therapists on the island.

Aromatherapy Massage

This is a massage using aromatic oils obtained from herbs, fruits, flowers, and trees to promote health and vitality.  Based on each person's needs specific oils are chosen for their therapeutic effect. The oils can also be used in baths, compresses, and creams to complement the treatment.

Hopi Ear Coning

An excellent therapy for ear, sinus and head complaints. The fluctuating movement of air in the ear candle creates a massage-effect on our ear drum, relieving any pressure in and around the ear and head. The warm air softens any ear wax.  It is safe and non-intrusive.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapy that was known in Ancient Egypt. It is carried out on the feet, but also the hands. Due to gravity, crystal-like deposits develop that impede the free flow of information within our body. Using gentle finger pressure the deposits are broken down, enabling more energy to flow between all body systems, e.g. digestive, muscular, circulatory, endocrine etc. thus automatically bringing it back into harmony.

Bach Flower Remedies

Dr. Edward Bach noticed that emotional harmony promoted physical healing and he developed this safe, gentle and complete healing system.  His approach was to work with the feelings of the now, not the past. There are 38 plant and flower remedies all homoeopathically prepared - each relating to specific emotions - that help balance levels of fears, anger, shyness, indecision, major life changes (birth, deaths, moving), apathy and many more.  Very effective with babies, children, pets and plants.

Rescue Remedies

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)  Dr.Vodder Method 

This is an extremely light technique that works specifically on speeding up the sluggish lymphatic system. It is done by specialized, gentle, rhythmic pumping movements on only the skin (not the muscles) in the direction of lymphatic flow. Cellular waste and toxic matter is removed from the tissue fluid that surrounds our cells, which means our cells then find themselves in a cleaner environment which promotes faster healing.

Like in homeopathy - the less concentrated a remedy is the more powerful it is - so with MLD, the lighter the touch the more deeply effective it is.
